In the last 24 hours, agents with the Tucson Sector Border Patrol have arrested three Mexican men, who are here illegally and are also convicted sex offenders.

The first arrest was a Mexican man from Michoacan, who was convicted in 2007 in Monterrey, CA for 'rape of spouse by force', according to records found in a national database.

IHOP free pancake day to benefit Children's Miracle Network hospitals

For the seventh straight year International House of Pancakes (IHOP) restaurants nationwide will offer a free short stack of pancakes to their customers, on National Pancake Day.  There has to be a catch, right?  No there isn't, IHOP just asks guests (those who do and those that don't get a free stack) to voluntarily make a donation.

The following is a news release from McDonald's:

Almost 35 years ago, Nogales was shaken by a 4.3 magnitude earthquake. Around the same time –September 15th, 1976– the McDonald’s located at 252 West Crawford Street opened for business. Now, 36 years later, McDonald’s is shaking things up again.

The restaurant will be closed and demolished on Tuesday, October 18th to make way for a brand new McDonald’s.
